Richard Eagar
Richard Eagar is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium’s Business Technology & Digital Transformation Strategies practice. He is also Chief Innovation Officer at Arthur D. Little (ADL); and Global Leader of ADL’s Technology & Innovation Management practice, responsible for functional expertise in innovation, R&D, and technology management. He has over 26 years’ consulting experience in technology and innovation management and R&D strategy and organization and 10 years’ industrial experience in capital projects. Mr. Eagar focuses on R&D, organizational and process redesign, transformation of national research institutes, new growth strategies, innovation strategies, and technology strategies and benchmarking.
